Simon, who I really like and whose ideas inspire me, talks of the Inspirational Leaders. I believe these Leaders can inspire me to look inside myself and to find the leader inside myself. People talk about the inspirational leader in life, or in the workplace, who we love to work for, aspire and believe in. These people are fantastic and can make our lives meaningful. There is a leader though that will be there in the tough times, the tired mornings, the disillusioned evening and the energy zapping days at our ever demanding workplaces and this leader will always be available to you personally. It’s the ‘Leader’ inside you. Try finding that leader. Try believing in that leader. We ALL have the potential. In fact we all have incredible potential, power and wisdom. We just need to believe in ourselves. We can also be our own worst critic. Isn’t it time we looked inside. Learned to love and believe in ourselves.
